    India's Best Companies to Work For 2015

    Over 700 organisations applied to be assessed for the study – India’s Best Companies to Work for 2015. As part of this assessment, we studied an organisation through two different lenses. Firstly, perceptions of the organisations’ employees were measured by surveying their employees using a comprehensive questionnaire based on the Institute’s research. Over 180,000 employees were surveyed in all making this the largest and most comprehensive survey of workplace culture in corporate India. Secondly, strength of people related management practices of the organisations was assessed using a people practice assessment framework developed by the Institute based on its years of research on great workplaces. In its 12th year, India’s Best Companies to Work for Study’s 2015 edition, the largest study in the country on workplace culture, attracted participation from over 700 organisations spanning over 20 industries.
